REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO GOT TO CHAPTER 117: The MC: He's an assassin from another world that decides to kill for his own growth in the beginning, which includes innocents, then he decides he won't kill women and children (he literally killed 2 random kids in the street for example), literally just (cause he feels bad), and later on decides he wants to be "the defender of humanity". This author has no idea what he wants his MC to be and it shows. The godawful grammar made it hard enough to stick around BUTT he can't even deliver a consistent character.The power system is pretty cool with transformations and all that, good luck, finding that out with the piss poor, AWFUL grammar. I personally have been trying to find an MC similar to Fang Yuan from Reverend Insanity, and though he's not as cunning as MC the ruthlessness is there, at least in the beginning. As time goes on he just says "he feels bad", this can't even be called character progression in a novel specifically about an evil MC, that's what people read for. I'll keep reading and updating, for people who have the slightest interest in this doodoo butter story. Update, I've never seen an MC devolve more and more as the story goes. Save yourself time and don't read this trash, both grammatically and character development. The story and lore had the chance to be special yet is held back by the author's total incompetence, and to think this book had potential too... my disappointment is immeasurable... and my day is ruined.
